Exceptionally comfortable accommodation with perfect setting very close to Botanic Gardens as well as Ballarat for a purpose. Welcoming service, amicable staff. Honestly no reason to complain.

The setting was marvellous, just next door to the Ballarat Begonia Festival, shops with takeaway food options and the western outskirts of town. The employees were informative and very good.

Wasn't expecting much, but I was really impressed by how clean and spacious the room was, plus the bed was super comfy! I loved relaxing by the refreshing pool and enjoyed the inviting garden area for some chill time. The only hiccup was the room arrangement didn't match what I booked, but it didn't ruin what was otherwise a fantastic stay! 😊

Really great stay, we were there for 1 day. The hotel itself was excellent and everything was brand-new. The venue was in a central location just next door to ballarat centre, supermarkets, and bakery, pizzeria, and takeaway chip shop. Furthermore, to Emma's cafe.

The location was great, a 10-15 minute walk from Ballarat Golf Club. It was located in a local area not far from Australia and takeaways and centre of town, an ideal place for me.
